Retention and processors
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for contract records as long as the law requires. Processors such as hosting and email providers act on our behalf. We do not share data with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies
On authify.ai and military.authify.ai we use Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. It measures visits, solution selection, contact clicks and successfully submitted forms. Opening an email link or preparing a message does not confirm that it was sent. Google receives device and browser information, a cookie identifier, and information about pages visited and events. We do not send form contents, names or email addresses to Analytics.
AUTHIFY P.S.A. is the data controller; Google Ireland Limited provides the analytics service. Processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can reject or withdraw consent using “Analytics settings” on the website. Analytics remains disabled until you consent. Your choice is shared between both domains and stored for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* expire within 180 days. Detailed event data is retained in Analytics for 2 months; aggregated reports may remain available longer. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement and removes analytics cookies from your browser, but does not automatically delete data previously collected.
Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled. Data may be processed on Google servers outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards described by Google. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google's data processing terms. Contact hello@authify.ai about your personal data.
